1. Service Description

Fastgrade provides an advanced, AI-powered academic evaluation tool designed to assist educators in grading student assessments. While our AI uses cutting-edge technology to provide high-precision scoring, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The final responsibility for grading and results rests solely with the educator or user who verifies the AI's output. Fastgrade is a supportive tool and should not be treated as the ultimate authority in academic certification.

2. User Conduct & Content

Users are exclusively responsible for all data, images, and documents they upload to the platform. You must ensure that you have the right to process the data you upload and that it does not violate any local laws or ethical standards. Any attempt to use the platform for illegal hacking, automated scraping, or any unethical purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, proprietary algorithms, designs, logos, and content hosted on Fastgrade are the exclusive property of Fastgrade AI. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, or redistribution of our intellectual property is prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastgrade shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service, data loss, or any grading errors. We provide the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties.

5. Referral Program

By participating in the Fastgrade Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

• Referral Reward: You will get a referral reward of up to ₹500 for every successful referral.
• Recharge Reward: You will get up to ₹100 on every recharge made by the referred user, depending on the plan they choose.
• Validity: Referral rewards are valid for recharges made within one year from the date the referred user joins.
• Verification: Rewards are only given for successful referrals who are genuine new users. Fastgrade reserves the right to verify all referrals.
• Misuse: Any attempt to misuse the program through fake accounts or automated systems will lead to the cancellation of rewards and account suspension.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
